Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Draft for review. This policy is a working template prepared for House of Victory. Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details and have it checked by a qualified lawyer before launch, particularly regarding UAE and EU obligations.

Who we are

House of Victory (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an investment real estate company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help clients in the UAE and abroad buy off-plan and ready property.

For the purposes of data protection law, House of Victory is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

  • Licence / registration number: [Trade licence no.]
  • Registered address: [Office address, Dubai, UAE]
  • Contact for privacy matters: [privacy@houseofvictory.com]

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you complete an enquiry form on this website, that is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
  • Your country of residence, if you provide it
  • Your indicated interest and budget range
  • Anything you write in the message field

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passport details, bank details, identity documents or payment information through this website. If a transaction later requires such documents, we will collect them through a secure channel and explain why at that point.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and send you property options that match what you asked for, and to stay in touch about your search.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are:

  • Your consent: given when you tick the box on the enquiry form. You may withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and keeping records of our dealings with you.
  • Legal obligation: where we are required to keep records, including under anti-money-laundering and real estate regulations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary:

  • Developers and their agents: where you have asked us to reserve, view or enquire about a specific property, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
  • Service providers who help us operate, for example our website host, form processor and email provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
  • Authorities and advisers: where we are legally required to disclose information, or need advice to establish or defend legal claims.

Where your information goes

We are based in the UAE, and our service providers may store data in the UAE, the European Union or the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, this means your information may be transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Where that happens we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on standard contractual clauses with our providers.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run behavioural advertising.

The site currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser contacts Google's servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. [If you would prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be served directly from our own site instead. See the note in our launch guide.]

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first and use a privacy-respecting provider that does not track individuals across sites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help you, and afterwards for [24 months] in case you come back to us. Where a transaction takes place, we keep records for the longer period required by UAE regulation, typically [5 years]. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiries are stored with reputable providers under access controls, and only the people at House of Victory who need to act on your enquiry can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
  • Have inaccurate information corrected
  • Have your information deleted
  • Restrict or object to how we use it
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it
  • Complain to a data protection authority (in the EU, your national supervisory authority)

To exercise any of these, email us at [privacy@houseofvictory.com]. We will respond within one month.

You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in any email we send, or simply by replying and asking.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be brought to your attention directly where we hold your contact details.
